The Push and Pull of UX in the Industry

I think there's a lot of people in the industry that see UX, obviously, as more than just UI and interaction design. But looking at how job ads are released, consultant gigs that come my way have changed an awful lot this last couple of years. And I think the definition changes depending on what culture and country that you're working in. Even in Sweden, if you go a couple of hours south, the definition of UX down there is very different from Stockholm.
