Walking is something that is so simple that we tend to overlook it. If you go out a couple times a week for 20 minutes at a crack and walk by yourself, you wake up to a sense of benevolence. A wonderful Buddhist teacher named Tiknataan was a great believer in walking. He said, try and walk as if with each footfall, you're kissing the earth. So beautiful.
