Can You Do 200 Pull-Ups in a Row?

"I can't do more than 200 pull-ups in a row. I do something called sets of pull-ups where I might do 20 or 30 or 40 pull-up in a row and then I rest," he says. "Sometimes I do 200, 300, 400, sometimes even 500 pull- Ups in one workout." For young warrior kids like you Frank, one thing that you can do is first of all if you want to get good pull-ups - just keep doing pull-ups.
