i wanted to be suspended in her voice and mind, and i kept getting pushed back out a little bit. She describes these moments or scenes or feelings that we've all had. I felt swallowed up by them. And then she sort of, again, it's like plunging through the planks of the bridge. M so moby dick, for instance, i thought was beautiful. This is about re reconciling yourself to the fact that you're going to be very, very bored by a lot of reading.
