China's 20 21 to 20 30 Counter Trafficking

The case of the chained woman made it seem like people in china were able to overwhelm the censers. The story became a way to publicize a crack down on trafficking that they've already thought through and enacted. Still, the question remains of how successfully it can be implemented in a top down system where people often can't investigate, report or speak freely.
