I Think It's a Welcome Development

Yemen conflict is proxy war, open proxy war between Iran and Saudi Arabia. I'm a little bit skeptical of how far it will go because the enmity between Saudi Arabia and Iran runs very, very deep. China used its leverage on both sides to restore diplomatic relations. It suggests that the United States is not the exclusive sole principle outside power in the Middle East but is beginning to be supplanted by rising China.
