The Importance of Career Themes
Franchising was a massive driver. I knew I had work ethic. It was just about finding the tool to do that. A franchise system gave me that because it taught me how to run a business when I came in with no business experience at all. And if you look over your career themes, so it might be in different zones, compared to fitness, compared to property, the theme I see of your strength is communication and coaching. That's been a theme over your career. How long have you been working now?
