And it's a weird thing like cause we think that hunger and fulness is sort of like a physical feeling, where your stomach feels full. That's how most of us get full these days. But there is a weird thing, which i never really experienced before until i started eating,. Where it's not a feeling of physical fulness, but it's just a feeling of the next meal comes round on your legs....
