I think that's a really interesting concept because I have a son who works for a publicly traded company and the ability to get those stock grants and those kinds of things really tie him to the company. They give him a deeper connection and, you know, quite frankly, get some loyalty out of it. We might have to dig into that on a different conversation because I do really think that that's a key to some of the changes that we're going to see in the profession as we go forward. It's a great point. Absolutely.
