Is It Safe to Mutilate Sexual Organs?

The purpose of sex if you did is simply the maintenance of tactile, sensible pleasure. You can only mutilate a person if there is a reason for that requires it because otherwise the whole body cannot be saved. The church already had a clear teaching on it. That's what John 23rd thought. And that's why I think it's a legitimate to go back to his original intention in calling the council and say, well, now the church has to do this work now.
