The Importance of Position Size in Trading
We're most likely to experience flow when we are not frustrated. If a trader is taking too much risk on a trade for their ultimate level of emotional tolerance, then in fact they're creating a mismatch. The challenge of the P&L state overwhelms them and so they can't remain in that flow state where they will optimally process market data. When you start to risk those small amounts, it's such a personal choice.
