The Importance of Balance in Running
Sometimes it's important to run on tired legs, some other times it's completely pointless. It's a good idea to substitute an easy or recovery with cross training - maybe not all the time though. Having a coach is always very important in order for you to find the equilibrium in between when should be running instead of maybe writing and the other way around.
