Given the lack of scientific backing for dog sniff evidence, why do you think prosecutors keep bringing dogs, if evens, to court? Is it just because it is successful? Sometimes i think prosecutors rely on dog handlersb as they have been successful. And the jury found yet, the juriors found him guilty about six hours so there was very little reasonable doubt in their minds, it seems. Do you think this is here to stay, or are we going to see a decline in the use of dog stiff evidence given its sketchy relationship with science?
