Is There a Directionality?
In practice, not even koow two % of people's taxes go to their local councils. In many states, local townsils don't really do much. Once they get into government, their imaginations of government tend to be a little different from what they had before that. The courts are repeatedly acquiesced with punting by the government when asked why they are not required to do things. They can go on saying that for bigly years together I mean, the fourth amendment was passed in 19 92. Why isn't there a metrapolitan planning committee for 28 years later? It can't be hyped up like it used to be.
