No impartial review of the evidence in the saco and venzetti case could be permitted, no new trial given them. Such a proceeding would have exposed the motives and objects at the back of their pro prosecution. There for there was no appeal and no new trial, only a star chamber hearing behind closed doors in the governor's mansion. The same fuller had stated in congress that every radical social ist, i w w or anarchist should be exterminated. That is, those who seek to free labor should be murdered. Is there justice for labor within capitalism and government?
