How to Qualify for a Marketing Agency

We look for things like, hey, do you have a CRM? Do you have processes in place to handle a high lead flow? We start sending them leads. They're paying for it, but they can't close those leads. That's not going to be a good relationship for them. And then we also look at the basics, what's your average annual revenue? What did you do last year? And then what are your revenue goals for this year?
