Aaron Carroll: It's like applying and then having to jump through all these hoops. And you know, I've gotten a chance to be on both sides of that in terms of like being an actor and trying to get a role. He says sometimes it comes down to something as simple as scheduling or ego. The idea that an employee is asked to jump through that many hoops to get a job just seems inefficient.
