I think most members of congress try to do the right thing by the country. But, but i think that if you stand with the the sugar producers, you won't get a job with the with the people who make candy. So, so i think people thing, members make choices. They vote for they vote on one side or another of issues. It was speaker baynerand and minority leader polose who worked on the so called dock fix.
