In a given year, close to one out of three of us will have a decent stretch of not sleeping so well. There's been an increase in use of alcohol, particularly among women and men during the pandemic. A whole host of different medications can affect people's sleep. And I think it's any number of these things or these things in combination that are contributing to our rising rates of insomnia.
