Is Direct Sales Better Than Direct Sales?
I don't feel like I have a personal direct relationship with any factory because it's new leadership that's elected and sometimes the workers move on to a different factory. Even if we have in the past offered longer-term contracts for instance thinking you know one two or three years and looking the price at a pretty high level but even then they're more interested than us. You meet fantastic people there and they are very committed and engaged It's just yeah it's an interesting mix of things, he says.
