The Differences Between Socialism and Communism

If 70% of your income is capped by you and 30% goes to the public, that's the threshold for being a capitalist country. Anything from 70 up to 100 of the money you keep is capitalist. And then anything in between is mixed. Socialism is basically like the workers own the factory. Communism is like everyone owns everything, but there's actually a military in control and they'll execute you if you disagree.
