Rambo pulls the pin of a grenade that's like on his webbing and this makes the guy drop him. He then tries to get the grenade off of himself and is not able to and explodes because as we've seen in Rambo too once you fuck with Rambo what's going to happen is you explode. This man he falls down to hold that Rambo climbed back out he's wrapped around with a rope of some description which catches snaps his neck and then he explodes.
