I love your idea of offering things outside of the box. That's something I hadn't heard before. Like you said, like $2,000 for the year would cost you less than health insurance, whatever. And I think that's something to consider, consider as well as, you know, what are those things that they might be looking for and trying to understand? It's kind of like the five love languages thing, like what motivates people. Sometimes it's not money. Sometimes it is money, sometimes, or gifts,. You know, whatever it might be.
