Violent criminals are a different kind of criminal. Their answer is always violence. It's all they know. So i believe tat there should be some sort of reform that teaches these people how to operate in a civilized society, a to do the right thing. And it's character reform. But when it comes to people that stab and rape and kill and shoot and all this shit, we don't need those people in society, men. It's got o they got to be dealt with.
