Climate Commitments - What's Next for Non State Agencies?
Non state actors, as they're called, began to almost be as significant, if not more significant, than the negotiations themselves. The things that come to mind that have happened here, you know, one is this ina methin coalition that the united states has put together. It wasn't ike actuall guess it wasn't a non state actor, but it wasn't an outcome of the negotiations. A something that was not even a state actor, you could look at would be this announcement by all of these major financial investors that they are going to o work towards net zero.
