Sometimes recessions are a time for you to allow certain products to shine by flexing their value in the long term. One of the strategies I highly recommend is getting in front of the fact that it is a recession and people are trying to look for value. During your recession, people start to feel a little bit depressed. So address that and say, hey, just because times are tight doesn't mean you can't enjoy life or enjoy your work.
