No Tests Can Make a Code Base Better

A go code base, even though it might not have been designed a proper way or what not, is still easier to refract or. It's still easier to change the status of the code base because there is probably unit tests and what not. But i would absolutely say like a code base that has zero tests, no document on out of that is like the worst kind of legacy code basis that we can deal with.
