New Scale - Who Owns the Intellectual Property?

The new scale business model as it exists today, who is responsible for the final delivery of power? And generally, generally speaking, it can differ a little bit from whatever the owner, the owner desires. So if there's any, you know, any IP that was developed, we get to own it and oftentimes will license that back to the supplier as well for uses that are what I'll describe as non competitive kind of uses.
