I went down the rabbit hole of how do I set this up? I'm trying to get our package ready for security review. Inspection, driven development. That's perfect. And I went down this rabbit hole where I wanted to resolve all these issues. But 90% of them were because I had test classes that didn't have the run as rule enabled.
