Movement and Exercise Can Be One of the Fastest Ways to Change Your Mental State

The idea that your muscles could provide you with the equivalent of something like an anti-depressant medication is just, I think it's phenomenal. Stagnation and a lack of health makes it very difficult to feel bliss and peace when you're not moving your body. The quickest fix for me on changing my emotions is to change my physiology: work out, walk, make love, laugh. These are things that quickly change my emotions because the same physiology is required in all of them.
