Meditation has been the single greatest habit that has improved my life. And i've really found that to be an incredible way to remain centred, peaceful and have a layer between my thoughts and my identity. So i haven't done it first thing in the morning every day for the past 11 days. But when i do it first things in the morning, the meditation, i feel more centred, more calm and better equipped to on the rest of the day. It's nothing fancy but doing it consistently is what makes the difference in this practice.
