Is There a Therapy for Emotional Eating?

It's about finding the right therapist for you. I didn't realize that i had an emotional eating issue, so that in working through those techniques on making sure that you don't comfort yourself wih food all the time,. That there are other things that you can do. For me, to fill that void, i would go and eat. So i figured, it makes me feel better, why not? But definitely therapy helps with correcting bad behaviours and some good behaviours that maybe aren't so good for you. And actually that's probably been a really important part of my marriage as well.
