How Did the Taproom Model Change or the Denver Beer Scene?

i started coming to denver and the g in 90, basely when i turned 21. In two thousand 11 there were four or five that opened. And am a, since then, it's created an entire culture around these brueries. It just people here didn't realize that you could a sell a pint of beer over the counter in a tap room without serving food. There are so many different tap rooms now with different styles of beer,. I think hopefully almost everyone can find a place where they can hang out and at their local tap room, their local bury.
