The 15 Minute Cities Pilot
The city of Oxford will be divided into six districts. The pilot is tentatively scheduled for the start of 2024. Those living in a particular area will be allowed to drive into other districts up to 100 times a year. After that, fines get issued, and reducing pollution and car use is supposedly the purpose of the pilot.
