The Importance of Symbolism in the Bible
I put out a couple of tapes in 1986 which are still available and I guess I should bring them up here and put them on the book table. Two tapes dealing with Russell's book, especially harmonetically,. Russell has a very simplistic way of reading symbolism of the Bible. He just every time the same symbol is used, it means exactly the same thing or refers to the same thing. And when he gets to things like First Corinthians 15 and the like, he gets real bizarre trying to fit that in. So those were some things that I pointed out there. I also dealt with Max King who only had one book out of the time and King's first book is very thoroughly Gnostic.
