Aft Loading Ramplock Failure
The most probable cause was the failure of the locking mechanisms on the right side of the aft loading ramp. This placed too much stress on the other locks, causing them to fail. It ripped out a bunch of the cables and hydraulic systems on its way out. The reason that these tyrot assemblies had been replaced is at the time they were cannibalizing parts.
