Police looked at the victims of the axe man and they all seemed to fit a particular pattern. A lot of them had businesses like they were quite successful people. So maybe the axe man did have a motive after all maybe maybe he was racistmaybe they were racially motivated. Now we're going to talk about one suspect in particular, Joseph Mumfrey.
