Is Age My Enemy?

I can feel as i age, that the suffering would come if i held on to my youth. Do you see the inherent problem in living in a culture which worships youth? It's a hunting and gathering. And so the peak years ar, i don't know, 18 20 to forty somehn like thatand then from then on, it's all downhill. So it's just slowly going down and down and down.
