How Do Dollars Get Created?

The current system for the us. Dollar has been in place for 50 years. The rules that are followed, we'll call it a protocal since that's the term used for crypto currency. Currency is created by the federal reserve at the request of the federal reserve member banks. As hu s government runs a budget deficit, federal reserve purchases treasury securities and other bonds from member banks. And that money flows out into economy.
