Do You Think the DHS Is Serious About Dealing With Domestic Terrorism?

There are non governmental organizations in almost every large, sized cmmunity in the country who do this work in a community setting. But they can only do it if they 're given resources to do it. And so giving 50 thousand dollars or a hundred thousand dollars to a group in minneapolis or chicago or los angeles or boston is going to be far more effective than having some big programme run out of washington. That's my metric for whether we're serious about dealing with this problem and i want nick to weigh in on this too.
