Marketing expert says there are some sure signs that a company is in technical debt. Lack of documentation, lack of accountability and taking too long to execute can all be red flags for trouble. He suggests putting the problem on a road map so it's clear what you're going to do about it. "I thing ets really, really hard because things like technical debt are hard to justify," he adds.
