Delivering Value at Pace
I agree and I, there's certainly concept that I buy into and position on this, which is, you kind of have to earn the right to spend money. But by delivering value and proving value is how you earn theright to spend more money. And an organization should back someone once when they've delivered value, but also take a bit of a leap of faith to help them deliver some value in the first place. So it would definitely come back to that, to that specific point. The three examples I called out earlier, I think, a good case studies for this.
