Is There a Tribe Divided Against RPGs?

I think the most complicated games you'll find are probably going to be controversies like Dark Souls, Monster Hunter. The idea of dividing casual and real gamers is toxic and fruitless. I hate that RPGs and other games that I like are used as tools for that kind of disgusting commentary. Why be tribal about it? Why not just let people enjoy what they enjoy?
