You Know, I've Had That Same Experience
I would give advice to people, you know, pretty much all the time. But then I'd follow up with these guys three or six months later and they had not taken action. And so now my policy is, is someone asks me like, hey, I'm thinking about starting a blog, and I take a lunch for an hour and talk about it. You get started, come back to me six months after you started, and come with specific questions or roadblocks you hit. It's probably a different, different technology, but like the shape might be similar. At that point, your advice is probably going to be invaluable and fun to give because it'll be used.
