The Workplace Under Capitalism Is a Diktatorship

The work place under capitalism is a dictatorial hierarchy. You are being watched by your bosses. They tell you what to wear, when to show up and how long the pist brakes can be. What socialists are arguing for is extending democracy into that realm. But bouncing off of that, i was going to um sort of get into the idea of automation, artificial intelligence. We live in the 20 first century. More and more automative technologies are coming into the workplace,. displacing workers. So i was wonderingif u could maybe touch on that and take it in any direction that you would like to all i can tell you.
