I think what the urwock really points out is, and you've just described it there, as having compassion for everybody, even if they may be hurting you. Their hurt is coming from the wounds that they may have from childhood or from er how they felt when they were in the formative years. And i think it's really important, specially if you're anxious, to understand i avoiding behaviours,. Because your partner mit be having some of these behaviors because they're trying to self regulate - their way of regulating is to pull away. Youry of feeling calm is to get cloaked seran back into connection.
