Magellan and the Armada De Maluca

Magellan feared biased tales would be spun when San Antonio returned to Spain. He had executed Spanish officers and maroon Archbishop Fonseca's son in the middle of nowhere. Magellan asked for advice from his commanders as to whether they should return to Spain or press on, something he really did. But let's remember that Magellan believes the western mouth of the strait is only days away.
