I would always start with a lot of love and compassion for anyone who's going through that right now I think just by virtue of being human it would be a remiss of me to say that's not actually a usual thought that people have. The distinction I teach which is very powerful is first of all most to remember that being human is a gift right that we're alive. People who sort of close to the end of their life don't want more followers or more money or more accolades they just want a few more breaths couple more days you know. It's very moving when you really step into that sense of gratitude for life that just beinghuman is a gift.
