Ukraine Military - Is There a Culture Clash With the Ukrainian Military?

The Ukraine military to me looks best from the battalion level down, right? There's good junior leadership. There's a military that's pretty good integrating tech solutions. I don't think we actually really know what Ukrainians are going to do at the end of the day. And so this comes down to the question of not just how ready are these Curs with armored fighting vehicles and what have you.
