The Importance of S3 in Organizational Change
Many people think of systems like Sociocracy 3.0 as they might other systems and in the world of Agile safe and scrum, for example. It's much more a set of options that people can pull from according to their particular organizational needs. And so what's relevant with that is that if everything's working just fine as it is, there's really no need to change anything - therefore don't look to S3. But if you find that the sum of your current approaches are in some way failing to bring about the results you would expect to wish to see then S3 provides a number of options across multiple aspects of organization that could be worthwhile to consider.
